My First Homemade Clothing Item

Supplies:

Cutting Board

2 Shirts

Hot Glue Gun

Felt

Needle/Thread

Cut the felt around the neck of the shirt where you want your "pom pom ruffles" to go.

Next, Cut your smaller t shirt that you are making the ruffles out of into strips.

Cut those strips into a million squares.

Take the squares, scrunch them at the bottom with your fingers, and glue onto felt.

Repeat a bazillion gagillion times

Until you get the ruffled full look that you are so desiring.
Once you do all of the hot glue gunning,
Hand stitch the felt onto the shirt.
That was the not so easy part.
But, I did it.
Finished Product:
I'll model it sometime soon. I am still slightly uncertain on if it will actually be wearable as it might be SLIGHTLY top heavy.
